Metal Fabrication
ESS UK Ltd operates a fully staffed and functional workshop facility for all its’ specialised works and repairs. This enables us to keep our customer works in house, offering a complete service from design to assembly.
Plant Room Fabrication
We offer full plant room refurbishment, design and build to suit individual and site specifications Catering for all of your needs from pipe requirements, structural supports and systems etc.
Access Platforms
This includes access solutions for roof, plant and maintenance applications. We provide long-term health and safety compliant access whatever the condition. A fully engineered package is available including site survey, layouts for approval and structural calculations.
Sheet Metal Work
We can create unique products and prototypes to suit your requirements and we have the capability for small batch production. We have the latest technology at our disposal to cut, press, fold, punch & guillotine steel for assembly. We also facilitate for stainless steel fabrication, which we have already done for the catering and food processing industries.
Mechanical Electrical Repairs
Engineering Support Solutions UK Ltd caters for all means of mechanical electrical works and we consider no problem too big or small. Onsite repairs can and will be carried out if possible, but if not our workshop allows us means to carry out repairs through our repair division. Repairs include:

Service & Commissioning
As well as supply and installation our experienced and skilled engineers are also capable of servicing and commissioning as a sole service for any new units, systems and applications, both digital and analogue installed. All units and systems will be fully calibrated and programmed ready for use. If you do not have the expertise for this task please let us help you.
